Colyton consolidated their position in fourth place in the Devon and Exeter Premier division with a brilliant performance, winning 5-1 away to Clyst Valley who last season were playing in the Devon League.

The Tanners were winning 1-0 at half-time and put in a brilliant second half performance. Their goals came from man-of-the-match Billy Knows with a hat-trick, Callum Somers and Kieran Clode.

Colyton 2nds lost 8-3 to University of Exeter 6th X1 in Division Four, their goals coming from Nathan Maddocks (2) and Archie Close.

This coming Saturday the Reserves are at home to St Thomas Social Club (kick-off 3pm).
