MORE success for Axminster Town's vibrant youth section with the Under 10s winning the Exeter and District Plate played at Tiverton Town.

.The boys came out the blocks very quickly, pressing the opposition and putting pressure on Copplestone at every opportunity. With some excellent possession and movement, on and off the ball, the young Tigers capitalised quickly, going 2-0 up with goals from Louis and Arthur.

Wanting to give all the boys equal playing time, some changes were made before half-time. Whilst the team adjusted to this Copplestone hit back with a brilliant shot, making it 2-1 at the interval.

With a couple more substitutions, including the goalkeeper, the boys regained their composure, making most of their opportunities and creating another good chance for Louis to make it 3-1 at full-time.

It was a great experience for the boys and thanks go to the parents for their support and to this season's coaches - Nick Porter, Tony Wen and Matthew Williams.
