Colyton proved to be no match for Alphington, losing to both the Exeter first and second teams.

The Tanners first team travelled to Devon and Exeter Premier leaders but found themselves 2-0 down at half time and were finally beaten 5-0.

Whilst their first team were struggling in Exeter, Colyton 2nd X1 were at home to Alphington 2nds. Colyton were 2-1 down at half-time, their goal coming from Archie Clode, and ended up losing 6-1.

Colyton 1sts retain their fourth place in the Premier division, despite this defeat, trailing leaders Alphington, Lyme Regis and Crediton United.

This coming weekend Colyton 1sts are at home to Sidmouth 2nds X1 (kick-off 3 pm). The Reserves are away to Uplyme 1sts in Division Four.
