Gunstone hat-trick as Uplyme fire seven past Culm United

Uplyme 1sts ran out convincing 7 - 2 winners against Culm.

Jamie Gunstone grabbed a hat-trick, including a great individual goal after turning inside two defenders onto his left foot and driving a curling drive into the far corner from the edge of the box.

Marcus Symonds, skipper Fin Mclean and two from centre back Connor Tate sealed a solid win. Symonds' individual brilliance for his goal was matched with a fantastic team-goal for Mclean's, as he drove from midfield and, after 10- 2 passes from back to front, latched onto a James Souter through ball to coolly finish in the far corner.

Two tough home games remain, but Uplyme feel confident to perform and finish mid-table in a competitive league.
