Millwey Rise Under 16s have new shirts to kick off the football season, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Axminster.

After the presentation at Cloakham Lawns on Saturday morning, President Jon Campbell-Harris said the Rotary Club wished to support local young people to develop both as individuals and team players.

It was hoped that that the football shirts will accomplish this goal and he wished the team every success for the forthcoming season.

Jack Bennett, who has been the Team Manager for a number of years, expressed a huge thank-you to the Rotary Club for sponsoring the kit for this season, and really appreciated their support in the local community.
