A DIVISION

Seaton went through the whole season without wining a game, finishing bottom of the table with just 80 points – 87 points behind their nearest rivals, Barton.

In their last game of the season Seaton were at home to Thorverton but they lost the toss and were put into bat. Batting has not been Seaton's strong point this season and they were on 159-9 after 50 overs with Jack Dormer (41) and Matthew Hewer (31) top scoring.

Tiverton knocked off the required runs for the loss of just four wickets in 31 overs.

 C DIVISION EAST

After leading the division for several weeks at the start of the season, Uplyme and Lyme Regis lost their last match and finished in third position.

Uplyme were badly hit by the unavailability of players, particularly in August, and slumped to seventh place but rallied again and went into the last game still with the chance of promotion.

But it was not to be.  Exmouth were the visitors to the King George V playing field and they batted first, setting a target of 224. Andrew Harrison (3 for 38) was Uplyme's most successful bowler.

In reply, Uplyme were dismissed for 173 in 33 overs with overseas player Anand Abishek top scoring on 63 with good support from Sam Farrow (36).

The home team knocked of the required runs without conceding a wicket, the highlight of which was an impressive innings of 107 by opener Lee Hooper.

 F DIVISION EAST

Axminster Town completed their fixtures with an 117-run defeat at home to Cullompton.

Cully set a target of 263-3, a total beyond the reach of the Carpetmen who were bowled out for 146 in 36 overs. The evegreen Paul Miller top scored on 33.

 G DIVISION EAST

Seaton 2nd X1 finished their season on a high with a 72-run victory away to Shobrooke Park.

The home team won the toss and put Seaton into bat. Their innings of 232-4 including a glorious knock of 180 not out from opener Toby Tucker off 124 balls.

In reply, Shobrooke were all out for 160 in 30 overs. Seaton's bowling honours were shared by Deven Welsh and Toby Tucker with three wickets apiece.
