The established estate agents are now launching Gordon & Rumsby Coastal, offering coastal properties with a primary focus on Lyme Regis and Charmouth.

With a proven track record in selling properties across West Dorset and East Devon over the past 12 years, the Gordon & Rumsby team have identified the need for a bespoke, coastal service offering as more exclusive, focused and tailored approach.

Gordon & Rumsby Coastal will be fronted by Charmouth-based Susan Rumsby, who will be rejoining Julie Gordon for this joint venture, after initially working with her when the estate agents launched in 2009.

The successful duo, who worked together for many years at Gordon & Rumsby, will offer clients a wealth of expertise, local knowledge and a customised service - from valuation through to completion. And with Susan fronting the project, both buyers and vendors will have one personal contact throughout the entire process.
