With a proven track record in selling properties across West Dorset and East Devon over the past 12 years, the Gordon & Rumsby team have identified the need for a bespoke, coastal service offering as more exclusive, focused and tailored approach.

Gordon & Rumsby Coastal will be fronted by Charmouth-based Susan Rumsby, who will be rejoining Julie Gordon for this joint venture, after initially working with her when the estate agents launched in 2009.

The successful duo, who worked together for many years at Gordon & Rumsby, will offer clients a wealth of expertise, local knowledge and a customised service - from valuation through to completion.
