East Devon's stunning scenery and top attractions were on show during a recent episode of the BBC's 'Escape to the Country'.

Scenic shots of Beer, Branscombe, Seaton Wetlands, Sidmouth and Sidbury were featured on the episode as presenter Jules Hudson helped couple Chris and Sarah find their dream home in Devon.

Chris and Sarah enjoyed a trip on the popular Seaton Tramway, which attracts between 80,000 to 100,000 visitors a year, taking them from Colyton and through the Seaton Wetlands.

Presenters Jules also showed them a £1.2million home in Sidbury and visited the sustainable Pipers Farm near Cullompton.

You can still watch the episode of 'Escape to the Country', first screened on January 2, on BBC iPlayer.
