Meyers Estate Agents has opened its first branch in Devon, with local representative Fran Ponting covering the Axe Valley and Lyme Regis areas.

Multi-award-winning estate agency Meyers has built its reputation over the past eight years with its headquarters in Poundbury and several branches across Dorset.

The brand has been listed among the top five per cent of estate agencies in the country this year, and every other branch is among the top three in their area.

Fran, who lives in Axminster and had a background in car and boat sales before moving into property, now plans to build on Meyers' high standards as the company makes its first move into Devon.

Working remotely from home, Fran will be covering the Axminster, Seaton, Beer, Branscombe, Lyme Regis and Charmouth areas.

Her priorities are good customer service and continuous communication with clients, as she hopes to "help people beyond their expectations".

Working from home allows Fran to be flexible with her time and work around clients' schedules, including arranging evening viewings.

"I'm adaptable and approachable, and my main focus is on providing a bespoke customer service for each individual client," she said.

Fran describes Meyers as having a "new approach to estate agency" with a 21-step selling process that proven track record of success.

Meyers' properties are listed on all major property websites - including Right Move, Zoopla, On The Market and OneDome - and they have a big social media presence, using professional photography and video technology to present properties in the best possible way, including regular London exhibitions to attract the highest possible worth buyers.

Fran has launched her branch at a busy time, with more and more people looking to move to the Axe Valley and Lyme Regis areas.

Many have been making the most of the government's reduced Stamp Duty tax and Fran says there is still time to find your new home before this is reintroduced next year.

She is currently offering an introductory offer of free professional photography and a special rate for a limited time only of 0.75% plus VAT for the first 10 properties that sign up to sell in this area.

Fran is also supporting the local community by pledging £50 from every property sale to Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support Group.
