A diverse range of displays, demonstrations and musical performances were held over the weekend for the Natural Seaton Festival.

Organised by the town's leading visitor attraction, Seaton Tramway, the event provides an opportunity to enjoy our natural world in a festival atmosphere, with a wide variety of wildlife, conservation and community activities.

Events were based at the amphitheatre outside Seaton Tramway station, on the beach and a Cliff Field Gardens, with a number of food stalls and local organisations also represented on the public plaza outside Tesco.

Demonstrations ranged from a cooking demo by renowned West Dorset chef and restaurateur Mark Hix, to a dolphin rescue demonstration on the beach.

Crowds also enjoyed falconry displays and performances from the Lyme Luggers ukulele group and Seaton Majorettes.

Organisers from Seaton Tramway said: "A big thank to everyone who joined us for the Natural Seaton Festival and to all the supporters, stall holders, entertainers, volunteers and staff who made it such a success."
