Seaton crew tackles car fire in Beer

Seaton fire crew have ben tackling a car fire in Beer this morning.

The crew were called to the incident at 11.48am and on arrival

confirmed one vehicle well alight.

They were able to extinguish the fire using one hose reel jet, one breathing apparatus, one compressed air foam jet, and battery operated cutting equipment.

The car was 70 per cent damaged and the fire was believed to be accidental.
