Seaton annual town meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, April 15, providing residents with the opportunity to raise local issues.

The meeting will be held via video conferencing app Zoom and details of how to take part will be available on the town council website www.seaton.gov.uk

The meeting will include reports from the town, district and county councils as well as the police.

The town council is hoping also hoping to have guest speaker at the meeting, which will either be James Chubb of East Devon District Council to speak about Seaton Wetlands, possibly in conjunction with Seaton Tramway, or Andrew Gwyn Davies to discuss community projects which have been held over the past year.

Councillors acknowledged that they would also likely be expected to provide an update on the seafront enhancement project, as residents had shown great interest in this matter.

Following today's announcement, it is likely that the future of Seaton Jurassic will also be raised.
