A section of the Esplanade in Seaton is set to be shut for 18 months for the redevelopment of seafront flats.

The road will be closed between Fisherman's Gap and Beach Road from the Moridunum (between The Burrow and Homebaye House), to allow for the redevelopment of the Fosseway Court flats to be carried out.

Works are anticipated to take up to 18 months, with this section of the Esplanade reopening on Monday, April 4th 2022.
