New gym to open at Colyton Town Mill site

Axminster Property has announced the latest tenant to take up one of the commercial units at the Colyton Town Mill site, currently under renovation.

Personal training business Fitagain will be opening a new gym at the site, with the venue expected to be ready in October.

The announcement from Axminster Property said: "We are providing an incredible space in conjunction with NDM Commercial to meet the specific needs of this bespoke personal training business.

"It is fantastic to be part of their journey and we cannot wait until they are up and running in their new venue in early October.

Fitagain is run by husband and wife team Andrew and Lucy Watkinson. Andrew is a qualified master personal trainer, having previously served in the Royal Navy, and Lucy is a fitness enthusiast and mental health nurse.

They recently won an award for Best Customer Service at the first Lyme Regis Business Awards.
